There isn't much to say about the passing of Farrah Fawcett that hasn't been already said. This sad news however, reminded me of a little story from my own life, in which Farrah played a part.

The Harry Schultz Letter (HSL), which accurately predicted 2008's "financial tsunami," is now reporting a very frightening rumor:

I'm really starting to like Minnesota Representative Michele Bachmann.  Not only is she a real person, she's got the heart of a lion too!

Bachmann voted against all of the "stimulus" plans, which includes the Bush/McCain TARP debacle, and ripped Bernanke and Geithner over their abuse of power.  She considers being in Washington as similar to being "behind enemy lines."  As a strong advocate for a stable currency, she stands in bold opposition to the adoption an international currency (at which Geithner has hinted).  In regards to the Democrats economy-destroying Cap and Trade tax, ...

About 245 years ago, a "dead-white-guy" named Thomas Jefferson quoted Criminologist Cesare Beccaria, saying:

Laws that forbid the carrying of arm s... disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes. Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed one.

theCL: More government/college B.S. ...  Thanks to all the grants and student loans, plus the fact they teach antiquated subjects with too much political propaganda, college is no longer a necessity for many Americans.  In fact, it can turn out to be a big waste of time and money!

In yet more news of government insanity ... Under the guise of "protecting" us gullible American consumers from the reviews, recommendations, and advice of "amateurs," the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is planning to commandeer the blogosphere!

Of course we all know better ... considering the federal government's constant maneuvering to control political speech via Fairness Doctrine, localism, and whatever else they dream up ... this move represents the vampire's first foot in the door, and we all know what happens next, don't we? Not only can the vampire come and go as he pleases, but he's going to suck your blood dry too.
