Now that an agitator has been elected into the White House, are we to expect an increase in the outrageous stunts of the political agitators?

I suppose the book will write itself, but I believe the Obama election legitimized agitation.  What is agitation again?

Barack Obama was trained as an Alynskite "community organizer." In other words ... an agitator. In his book "Rules for Radicals," Saul Alinsky taught that "liberals protest," while "radicals rebel." That "liberals give and take oral arguments," while "radicals give and take the hard, dirty, bitter way of life." According to Alinsky, "radicals become fighting mad and go into action."

To further demonstrate, at Camp Obama, Jocelyn Woodards instructed the campers to "be absolutely ruthless. We want you to be determined, ambitious, take a risk." In other words, DEMAND what you want!

Which brings me to the main topic of this post.  A group that calls itself "Bash Back," went out to agitate just this past Sunday, providing an excellent example of agitation in action.

The members of Mount Hope Church in Lansing, Michigan were unaware how exciting Sunday's service was going to be.  As the members arrived, they were greeted by agitators, er, "protesters" yelling "Jesus was a homo" and other slogans designed to be divisive.  The outside "protesters" wore pink bandannas and waived pick crosses drawing as much attention as they could to themselves.

In the mean time, other Bash Back agitators, dressed in their Sunday best, quietly walked into the service and sat with the congregation, while others once inside, snuck to hide in a closed-off balcony waiting for their signal.

As Rev. John Elieff finished prayer, the agitators in the balcony jumped up, dropped a banner that read "IT'S OKAY TO BE GAY! BASH BACK!," while the others that infiltrated the congregation stood up and started throwing fliers, condoms and glitter everywhere.

They pulled the fire alarm, shouted loudly, many same-sex couples began "making-out," and another ran up and down the pews with a video camera hoping to catch one of them "religious folk" daring to fight back.  After a few minutes of fury, like typical little Lefties, they ran away as fast as their yellow-bellied legs could carry them!

How did the church respond?

After the ruckus settled, Rev. Elieff said another prayer, "not for retribution, or divine justice or a celestial comeuppance (that's what I'd have prayed for) but instead that the troubled individuals who'd just defiled the Lord's house, so full of anger and hate, would know Jesus' love in their lives and God's peace that exceeds human understanding."

As Nick over at RightMichigan tells us, this "radical right-wing establishment:"

Mount Hope, for the record, is an evangelical, bible believing church whose members provide free 24 hour counseling, prayer lines, catastrophic care for families dealing with medical emergencies, support groups for men, women and children dealing with a wide variety of life's troubles, crisis intervention, marriage ministries, regular, organized volunteer work in and around the city, missions in dozens of countries across the globe, a construction ministry that has built over 100 churches, schools, orphanages and other projects all over the world and an in-depth prison ministry that reaches out, touches and helps the men and women the rest of society fears the most. They also teach respect for all human life and the Biblical sanctity of marriage as an institution between one man and one woman.

How do I respond?

Yo, Bash Back! After acting like a bunch of complete lunatics, running around with your circus act deliberately ruining a bunch of people's Sunday mornings, why would you expect them (or anyone) to be more "tolerant" of you?  Seriously!

If it's "OKAY TO BE GAY," then be gay!  Don't go picking a fight.

Agitation creates enemies, not allies.  Get a grip!
