Everyone in the media wants a piece of Glenn Beck. They want him for ratings, they want him for web hits. How else do you explain the fact that Gawker, although it’s a very liberal outlet, writes about Beck daily?

Wehner says Beck is too “Libertarian.” Well what the hell is wrong with that? Is it wrong to be a Conservative Libertarian? If a person is a Conservative Libertarian, are they automatically a rabid Ron Paul supporter? Guess what… Ron Paul is not wrong about everything. Many people who don’t count themselves “Ron Paul supporters” agree with Paul on a great many things, particularly liberty and the out of control spending in Washington.

Besides, lots of Libertarians vote Republican, particularly the Conservative ones.

Majority Believe the Government is Doing Too Much
The question asked by Gallup was, “Some people think the government is trying to do too many things that should be left to individuals and businesses. Others think that government should do more to solve our country’s problems. Which comes closer to your own view?” Fifty-seven percent of those surveyed say government is doing too much, while 38 percent say it should do more. Five percent are undecided.
