One of the traditional methods of imposing statism or socialism on a people has been by way of medicine. It's very easy to disguise a medical program as a humanitarian project, most people are a little reluctant to oppose anything that suggests medical care for people who possibly can't afford it.

What can we do about this? Well, you and I can do a great deal. We can write to our congressmen and our senators. We can say right now that we want no further encroachment on these individual liberties and freedoms. And at the moment, the key issue is, we do not want socialized medicine.

The progressives aren't just fighting hard, they're fighting dirty (and violent) too. SEIU thugs brutally attacked a gentleman at Rep. Russ Carnahan's (D-MO) town hall meeting!

... on the evening of August 6, 2009 at Rep. Russ Carnahan’s town hall meeting in South St. Louis County ... Kenneth was approached by an SEIU representative as Kenneth was handing out “Don’t Tread on Me” flags to other conservatives. The SEIU representative demanded to know why a black man was handing out these flags. The SEIU member used a racial slur against Kenneth, then punched him in the face. Kenneth fell to the ground. Another SEIU member yelled racial epithets at Kenneth as he kicked him in the head and back. Kenneth was also brutally attacked by one other male SEIU member and an unidentified woman. The three men were clearly SEIU members, as they were wearing T-shirts with the SEIU logo.

That's just The Obama Way! "If you get hit, we will punch back twice as hard."

Progressives seek to silence and demonize those who oppose their socialism. The White House Health Care Plan even has an Officer of Disinformation Control. Shall we call her the Health Care Disinformation Czar?

According to Rep. John Carter (R-TX), the Democrats are trying to shut down opposing viewpoints in Congress. Democrats in the House are clamping down on Republican lawmakers’ freedom to communicate with constituents in their home districts.

The desperation is clearly setting in. There are Obama spies everywhere!
