Thanks for covering this CL, I've done it a few times, but folks don't pay attention.
That no one pays attention to this is pretty amazing, as the proponents on "sustainable" development have made their ideas know in print.
It's really amazing that no one pays attention. I tried to cover a few different angles in this post so hopefully, others can see how they're tied together. I plan to dig into it more too.
