    Yes, by all means read into the statement. It has implications.

    Texas joins more than 30 other states that all share the same uneasiness in our growing government. Their actions may just save the republic.

    I have a lot of respect for Texas because they've never forgotten the Republic of Texas. And yes, these things do have implications, and seem to be growing teeth.
