Rule 5 Saturday Sunday is brought to you this week, by Gabrielle Union!
Things have been a little extra busy for me the past couple weeks, and I missed out on adding all the additional intended linkage in last week's post. So this week, I'll do my best to make sure all the Rule 5 linkage I can find is included!
Gabrielle Union (36-25-26) was born in Omaha, Nebraska, but her family moved to California when she was 8-years old. Gabrielle excelled in sports during high school, going on to play soccer for the University of Nebraska before transferring to Cuesta College. Transferring once again, she went on to UCLA where she graduated with honors and earned a degree in sociology.

With a pile of student loans to payoff, Union took an internship at a modeling agency, but being the total fox she is, they instead offered her a modeling contract. It wasn't long before she started her acting career, with minor roles in teen movies like 10 Things I Hate About You and Love and Basketball. Gabrielle used this experience to land the role of Vanessa in the TV show Sister, Sister.
In 2000, Gabrielle Union won the role of Isis in the cheerleading movie Bring It On, opposite Kirsten Dunst, pushing her into the mainstream. After her great performance in Bring It On, Union was cast as Dr. Courtney Ellis in the CBS drama City of Angels.

Then in 2004, Gabrielle then starred with Academy Award winner Jamie Foxx, in the film Breakin' All the Rules.
Union starred in the short-lived 2005 ABC series Night Stalker (a good show, but then again I like cheesey sci-fi stuff). She has also starred in the independent dramas Neo Ned and Constellation, the latter of which was released to theaters. Gabrielle also starred in the 2005 remake of The Honeymooners with comedian Cedric The Entertainer.

Thanks for keeping me included!

Happy too! Thanks for stopping by!
Michael, thank you for the link!
Nicely done. Interesting concept, highlighting a single person throughout the roundup. Might thug that at some point.
Cheers,

…typo?
She is one wonderful looking lady, but I would have to give the “Genetic Perfection, or Appearance of Same” nod to Beyonce. I believe a tape measure around the thigh would reveal Gabrielle to have chiseled off a little bit too much in that area. Girl needs a samrich. Yes, that is a really nit-picky complaint, and I could be wrong, it might have to do with how she’s angled, decked out, lit up, etc.
Great weekend-post, lots of cool stuff here. Thanks for that.
