I'm sure they'll figure out a way to blame "those Greedy American Capitalists" for lightning. This way, the Almighty Politicians can devise yet another government regulatory scheme (that doesn't work) to eliminate lightning ... all for just a few more of YOUR dollars. Ta da! Don't worry. Their sound bytes and YOUR money will make everything a-ok. The brush fires? You ain't gonna hear a peep out of them about that. Well ...
