gop GOP Going Full Guns for ACORN backed Scozzafava!Shoe Leather Stacy McCain Reports:

According to Ali, he and Eric "just got kicked out of Dede's office" in Watertown, which he reports is "filled with NRCC and NRC staffers."

NRCC sending campaign ground troops to NY23

Not only is the NRCC pumping hundreds of thousands of dollars into the media campaign of Dede Scozzafava, they’re also organizing and coordinating teams of GOTV volunteers in the district. And they’re picking up the tab.

At this point, there should be no doubt that the NRCC is going to do whatever they possibly can to help beat Doug Hoffman, the Conservative Candidate in the race.

As a side note, we found it interesting that James seemed to take a little pride in the Scozzafava card check stance.

Wait a minute ... Did you say ACORN-backed?

Look what Scozzafava’s favorite ACORN front group is up to now

The Working Families Party, an ACORN front group whose ballot line Newt Gingrich-endorsed radical leftist Dede Scozzafava has embraced on multiple occasions, is up to no good again.

The NYPost reports:

The labor-backed Working Families Party has engaged in “an audacious scheme to violate the law” to help the party’s favored political candidates get elected, a sweeping new lawsuit charges.

The first-of-its-kind suit says the WFP created a political outfit, Data and Field Services, that it is using to “circumvent state election and local campaign finance laws.”

The way the scheme works, according the suit, is that the WFP gets involved in local races, backing its favored candidates, who in turn hire DFS for vital campaign services, such as phone banking, polling and get-out-the-vote efforts.

But under the plan, the WFP-endorsed candidates pay only “a nominal sum, well below fair market value,” for those services — giving those candidates a major, unfair advantage over their opponents, whose spending is limited by law.

“This is a case about an audacious scheme to violate the law by using corporate subterfuge to hijack our local election process,” says the suit, which was filed in Staten Island.

“It goes to the very heart of our local democracy and undermines the fairness and integrity of our local elections.”

With friends like these ...

The Stupid Party is at it again. The subject of today’s column: An abomination in the NY23 special congressional race to replace former GOP Rep. John McHugh, who accepted President Obama’s Army Secretary position. Way to go, Beltway GOP establishment ... You have been asking movement conservatives to give you money to fight the ACORN-friendly, union-pandering, tax-and-spend, radical Democrats.

Then you use their money to try and elect Dede Scozzafava, an ACORN-friendly, union-pandering, tax-and-spend radical Republican.

Like I've said 1,000 times on this blog ... The Republican Party is not conservative!

Here's the Real Problem

So if the rancid, leftwing state GOP organization, and the rancid, RINO national party leadership, had simply decided to back Hoffman (not at all an uncommon occurrence in NY) nobody would paying any attention to this race at all, because it would be a walkover for Hoffman. But the state and national GOP put their lefty desires over supporting an easy winner of a conservative, which tells us what this is really all about.

In a nutshell, the center-left old GOP guard is waging a war to prevent a conservative resurgence, because they simply don’t like conservatives, not being conservative themselves.

There is only one explanation for the GOP’s institutional opposition to conservates, and it is this: The GOP establishment is no longer conservative, and is, in fact, actively hostile to conservatives and their beliefs.

So the next time someone tries to tell you this is all the fault of conservative Doug Hoffman, just stick a mirror in front of their face and say, “No, here’s the real problem.”

Newt Cries "It's a purge!"

Now get a load of this. Talk about doubling down, not getting the message, inablitiy of discernment, misreading the conservative surge of grassroots ...

This idea that we're suddenly going to establish litmus tests and all across the country we're going to purge the party of anybody who doesn't agree with us 100 percent; that guarantees Obama's reelection, that guarantees Pelosi as Speaker-for-life.

Exhibit b). Allahpundit today -

What is the endgame? There's a sense I get from watching Beck that he thinks there's a supermajority out there willing to return to Founders-style libertarianism if only he and other conservatives hammer the message hard and long enough. I don't think there is.

What is the endgame? Is this not obvious, reader? The endgame is electing conservatives. The endgame is supporting true Obamanation detractors. The endgame is not giving a rat's tooshie about an 'R' by a candidate's name when the 'R' is more 'L' than even the 'D'. Is this so hard to understand?

Let me try and explain this to Newt and Allahpundit  V-E-R-Y   S-L-O-W-L-Y ...

It's thing called choice. Have you ever heard of it?

This is still America, and people can support and vote for whomever they damn well please! It goes like this ... I drive a Ford and you drive a Chevy.  I listen to Metallica and you listen to Barry Manilow ... Get it? This shouldn't be so hard for grown adults like yourselves to understand.

And btw, the only "purge" I'm aware of, is the purge the party and its bootlickers have been trying to give conservatives since your "me-too" moderate, Bailout McCain, lost the election. So get over your bad selves.

Left Coast Rebel gets it right too, when he says:

Interesting. It's no wonder sites like mine have huge potential on upside-growth. I come to things as a small-blogger with a decent voice; not needing to cater, pander, moderate.

Yep. That's why we're growing here too. The Classic Liberal Blog is one place you'll never get the same old conventional opinion. Seriously, why listen to the same bozos that supported Spendaholic Bush and Bailout McCain? All that will get you, is more of the same!

What Hoffman is Proving:

"We the people" don't need the Republican Party to win. Even if he loses, this has already been proven.

Side Note: Be prepared for Republicans to join the blog censorship chorus, especially if Hoffman wins. I'm just sayin' ...
