652,000 souls that don't seem to matter. That is the number of Americans who simply gave up looking for a job in June. They are no longer eligible for unemployment benefits. They aren't even actively searching for employment any longer due to the Obama policies of economic destruction. He made it a focal point of his election campaign to point out that under Bush, we had over 700,000 more jobless in a month. Yet, when nearly that same amount can't find work after exhausting their benefits and simply give up,he tells us this is a positive.

Due to their demise,his precious unemployment rate was allowed to drop to 9.5% and he claims stimulus victory. The recovery summer. On the right track. Making progress. The only thing opaque here is the hypocrisy this administration is capable of. The number crunchers under Christina Romer are well aware of the massive number of long-term unemployed that will continue to fall off the rolls each month allowing them to keep the unemployment rate under the magic 10% level. Just as $4.99 sounds so much better than $5.00,eclipsing the double-digit unemployment rate holds much the same stigma. It would prove disastrous if that were to occur before the mid-terms,so they will massage the numbers with the disastrous birth-death model employed by the BLS to artificially keep the number suppressed.

These 652,000 don't help in pushing forward the Obama agenda and are simply discounted. Just for comparison, we had approximately 625,000 deaths throughout the entire bloody, civil war in this country which lasted 4 years. Another way to look at it would be to compare the total number of U.S. Presidents and total members of all 111 sessions of Congress. You wouldn't even tally 60,000.Just imagine the totality of the achievements, or amount of destruction depending upon your point of view, those 60,000 people achieved.

Every month we continue on this path of economic destruction claims thousands more victims. I would encourage everyone to challenge themselves to go above and beyond any efforts you may have put forth previously. Get people educated and make sure they vote. Drag them to the booth if you must! Make sure on that morning after in early November you can say that you did everything humanly possible to protect your liberty.

I've been spending considerable time lately in researching the platforms of the candidates here in Michigan. I don't like much of what I see. I still see a stampede of RINO's out there. They love to use the popular vague terms like comprehensive reform and 'let's have an open discussion' on a topic. Bullshit! Tell me exactly what your positions are on every important issue and I'll let you know if I support you when I pull the lever. I don't need Republicans telling me the failures of Obama. Merely drawing breath each day exposes you to that. They better tell me exactly what they will do to change it. One might assume this election will be clear-cut with the alternatives to Obama so obvious. I disagree. Stay vigilant and be very aware!
