Seriously. I'd like to know. Because it simply doesn't make sense.
What's more amazing, is the fact that almost every single shot fired, comes from the right. And they use slimy disgusting tactics, to boot. It's like watching the Sarah Palin Files all over again.
Then, just as the Tea Partiers finished shooting the vaccine (a dose of reality) into the Establishment's arm, Michael Medved comes out swinging, and throws a cheap, below-the-belt punch at Ron Paul?

On October 26 nationally syndicated radio talk show host Michael Medved posted an "Open Letter to Rep. Ron Paul" on TownHall.com. It reads:
Dear Congressman Paul:
Your Presidential campaign has drawn the enthusiastic support of an imposing collection of Neo-Nazis, White Supremacists, Holocaust Deniers, 9/11 "Truthers" and other paranoid and discredited conspiracists.
Do you welcome- or repudiate - the support of such factions?
More specifically, your columns have been featured for several years in the American Free Press -a publication of the nation's leading Holocaust Denier and anti-Semitic agitator, Willis Carto. His book club even recommends works that glorify the Nazi SS, and glowingly describe the "comforts and amenities" provided for inmates of Auschwitz.
Have your columns appeared in the American Free Press with your knowledge and approval?
As a Presidential candidate, will you now disassociate yourself, clearly and publicly, from the poisonous propaganda promoted in such publications?

This latest marketing campaign of yours has drawn the enthusiastic support of progressive agitators, foreign aid thieves, "compassionate" conservatives, welfare-mongers, corporate lobbyists, central bankers, police statists, armageddonists, and legions of other tax-feeders who are chomping at the bit for yet more power.

As I'm sure you're already aware, "guilt by association" is a favorite tool of the trade, that is, if you work for a sleazy tabloid, or ACORN. Sadly, you've choosen the ranks of the smear merchant too.

They're but a shield protecting you, from any meaningful debate.
