I saw a few more tweets from women bloggers who were similarly shocked. It wasn't the high point of Brown's speech, but he's easily forgiven considering the emotional high of the moment.

It turns out that Glenn Beck's not cutting Brown any slack ...

I like Glenn Beck, but sometimes I disagree with him and this is one of those times. No big deal either way. What Scott Brown said about his daughters last night, every girl and boy that age hear constantly, anytime a family member has a chance to speak. It was not an unusual thing to say at all.
