There's a reason the hard-core Left has taken over this country. They're more active!
Quite frankly ... we need to face reality here ... it's more fun to be a "progressive," because there's so many more things to do!
The (not so) funny thing though ... is that there's tons of opportunity to get involved - Right Now! - as a conservative and/or libertarian!

- A few days ago, I blogged about why our House of Representatives had stopped growing, and how this reduces each of our individual representation in Washington. In fact, American citizens are the second LEAST represented in government out of all existing "democracies." Yes, only the citizens of India have less representation than we do. It's time to take "the people's house" back!
- To be active in politics, you've got to be able to communicate, share, and organize your grassroots initiatives. Whether you want to organize a supportive crowd for a rally, knock on doors, stuff mailers, or send "action item" email alerts ... trying to manage all this can be a daunting task. - Over the years, watching the Glenn Beck Show has been an off and on thing for me. More or less, I'd watch if I caught it while flipping through the channels. It's not that I didn't think he was good, it's just that I got plenty of that type of programming already. Well ... Glenn's show has evolved into what I now consider the most honest political program on TV, and an absolute MUST WATCH for anyone who cares about our great country! Glenn is getting involved too ...
