With many lawsuits being filed regarding President-elect Obama's birth certificate, one has to wonder why he had the State of Hawaii lock his birth certificate up in a vault. For that reason alone, his legitimacy to be President of the United States must come under extreme scrutiny. After all, if he has nothing to hide, there would have been no reason not to release his original birth certificate in the first place.
Barack Obama has successfully merged Chicago with Clinton-era politics. With that, we now have the Three D's rearing their ugly heads again. For those of you who were in elementary school when Bill Clinton was president, the three D's stood for "deny, delay, destroy".
In this case, with regards to the whole Barack Obama birth certificate stall, the "destroy" part is in regards to the U.S. Constitution, and it takes time (deny and delay) to do this.

The natural born citizen requirement in Article II of the United States Constitution has been called the "stupidest provision" in the Constitution, "undecidedly un-American," "blatantly discriminatory," and the "Constitution's worst provision." Since Arnold Schwarzenegger's victory in the California gubernatorial recall election of 2003, commentators and policy-makers have once again started to discuss whether Article II of the United States Constitution should be amended to render naturalized citizens eligible for the presidency.
Is Ms. Herlihy really concerned about Arnold Schwarzenegger, or could it be someone else...?
And the mainstream media is where on this?

The Birth Certificate Time Bomb
While some of the Supreme justices will today ponder the merits of Leo Donofrio's case against Barack Obama and his eligibility to hold (when you come right down to it) any elected office in the United States, let alone President, it's the tug of war aspect that fascinates this writer.
Most on the left label this a racist smear, which is their standard operating procedure.
They claim Obama's citizenship in a non sequitur, simply because they say so, even though they did put a little bit of time questioning John McCain's.
While trying to brush the questions about Barack Obama under the rug, the left does seem to understand the rules when they want to, and have known them for some time.
Those who genuinely seek the rules to be followed have been, and continue to be, ridiculed by some in the mainstream media.

Listen to Bill Schneider and Kelli Arena's choice of talking-points ("rewrite", "illegitimate", "overturning") and especially what she, because of time constraints, decided to leave out.
And is Kelli really, really, CNN-sure that Barack Obama was born in Hawaii, sure the "certificate of live birth" is authentic, or is she just reading off the prompter?
