Please note that this article, linked to in the post above, makes no judgement whatsoever with regard to how the U.S. government obtains the necessary staffing to discharge its constitutional duty to complete a census every ten years. Rather, this article deals exclusively with ways criminals may take advantage of the census process to commit fraud and other crimes and provides practical, actionable advice on how to avoid being a victim under such circumstances.
The mention of ACORN in the article was simply to point out another way of identifying a potentially fake or fraudulent census-taker.
